Junior Rugby League Coach

Description:

The Coomera Cutters will enter the Gold Coast Junior Rugby League competition in 2013 and are in search of fun loving enthusiastic people to become involved with coaching, first aid, and training for all age groups.

Coaches and Volunteers will have an opportunity to play a huge part in the culture of the club from the beginning, and make a real difference to the lives of young people in Coomera.

Current Rugby League coaching qualifications would be an advantage, but not essential, as coaching courses and training will be available through our close link with the NRL Game Development Staff on the Gold Coast.

Coaches will be expected to ensure:

Coomera Cutters
·         All sessions are fun & enjoyable for every player
·         Improvement of individual players
·         Total participation
·         All sessions are well planned
·         Minimal emphasis on winning and results
·         Abide by the NRL Code Of Conduct

The club will be based at Beattie Road, Coomera, with training expected to commence early in February.
